M. Earley III
Joseph
M. Earley III was admitted to the California Bar in 1992. Mr. Earley
graduated in 1981 from California Polytechnic State University with
a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry, and received his Master
of Science degree in molecular biology from San Diego State University
in 1984. Between 1984 and 1988, Mr. Earley attended the University of
Arizona in the Ph.D. program in the department of Molecular and Cellular
Biology specializing in plant molecular genetics. In 1991 Mr. Earley
received his Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University and moved
back to California where he was raised. In 1992 Mr. Earley settled in
Paradise, California, located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada,
and started his law practice. He also currently serves as a Director
on the Board of the Paradise Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Earleys
practice areas are Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Elder
Abuse, Insurance Bad Faith, Consumer Law and Estate Planning. He is
the

Ashley
Estep is a Certified Legal Assistant in the Law Offices of Joseph M.
Earley III. Ms. Estep has worked in the legal field since 1989. She
is a graduate of California State University Chico, where she received
her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1991. She also received
her California Paralegal Certificate from Chico State University in
1990. Ms. Esteps expertise in Civil Law includes several years
experience as a legal assistant to the Town Attorney for the Town of
Paradise as well as holding a paralegal position in the office of the
County Counsel of Butte County. Ms. Estep holds a notary license for
the State of California.

Geri Laczko
has been a legal secretary in a prestigious employment law firm since 1998. Prior to joining the Law Offices
of Joseph M. Earley III as a legal assistant, she has had extensive
experience in medical office management and customer service in medical
data keeping systems. Ms. Laczko holds a notary license for the State of California.
